Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Must include all original tags and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Opened baby care products
- Personal or intimate items
- Discounted or final-sale items
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@phantomo.co.uk with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size, style, or product? No problem! Simply follow the return steps and place a new order after your refund is issued.
