At Phantomo, we make sure your order reaches you safely, quickly, and with care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

Once you place an order, we typically process it within 1–2 business days. During peak times or sales, this may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to get your items ready to ship fast.

Delivery Time

  • Standard UK Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Tracked Service: All orders come with tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted UK courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of every package. Your parcel may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, or another reputable carrier.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not available at the time of delivery, don’t worry!
The courier may:

  • Leave a note with a re-delivery option

  • Drop the parcel in a safe place (if applicable)

  • Deliver it to a neighbour

Always check your tracking link for updates.

Where Do We Ship?

Currently, we deliver all across the UK. We're working on international shipping and will update our customers once it's available.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders above £50.
For orders under that, a small flat-rate shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).
