Deliveries are usually not made on public holidays. Orders placed around holidays may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Currently, we only ship within the UK. Stay tuned — we’re expanding soon!
Most of our deliveries don’t require a signature. However, for higher-value items, the courier may request one for security. If you're not home, a delivery attempt will be re-scheduled or a pickup option provided.
