    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking link (sent via email). Still need help? Contact us at info@phantomo.co.uk and we’ll assist you right away.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Deliveries are usually not made on public holidays. Orders placed around holidays may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

    How long does delivery take?

    Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship within the UK. Stay tuned — we’re expanding soon!

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Most of our deliveries don’t require a signature. However, for higher-value items, the courier may request one for security. If you're not home, a delivery attempt will be re-scheduled or a pickup option provided.
